Survey could scare Kildare horses

Horse owners are warned that low-flying aircraft will be flying over Kildare. The Tellus survey is examing the county's geographical features and is being conducted in tandem with geo-chemical soil analysis. The plane involved is flying at low levels of 60 metres. The Tellus survey carries forward the hugely successful geological mapping project which began in Northern Ireland in 2007.
