It's understood that rain may have leaked through the roof of the building. Other stores in the Retail Park such as Heatons and Harry Corry were open for business. Elsewhere, the SuperValu store in Naas town had to close due to flooding at 8pm yesterday evening but was open as normal this morning. A spokesman said: "The shop floor flooded and we closed the store as a precaution but everything was back to normal this morning." Experts said up to one-inch of rain fell in 20 minutes in the Naas and Newbridge areas yesterday evening.
