Taoiseach greets new Naas Community College students

The pupils and teachers of the newly opened Naas Community College are currently being greeted by Taoiseach Enda Kenny, at the site where the €18million development is set to take place. Plans are now in place to develop a state of the art mixed secondary school at the Millenium Park site. Currently the school, only opened in September, is operating from a building at Craddockstown. Former principal of Castledermot Colaiste Lorcain, Ciaran Keegan, anticipates that there will be over 100 pupils there next year. There are now 76 pupils at the school and 11 teachers.
