Raiders steal keys to Straffan home in early morning raid

Residents in a Straffan house had their home raided during the early hours of the morning while they were sleeping. Raiders broke into a Straffan house at approximately 7.15a.m. on Sunday morning fleeing with the keys of the property and four pairs of Nike runners. Descriptions  have been provided of two youths aged about  15-16 years old. One is believed to be 5'10 with black hair and is described as 'rough looking'. The other is thought to be small and had a black hood on. It is likely that these two young men escaped the Straffan home in a  dahatsu which was later found burnt out in Clondalkin.
