Have you got a spare €2.25 million? Why not buy Niall Quinn's lavish estate in Naas

Niall Quinn has put his luxurious Co Kildare home up for sale again, but this time he has knocked a hefty chunk off the original asking price. The 6-bedroom mansion, which is located in Naas, was originally put up for sale last April for a cool €2.5 million but was taken off the market again in January. It has now reappeared on the Sherry Fitzgerald website, this time for €2.25 million. Niall and his wife Gillian decided to downsize last year, but were unsuccessful in selling their property before eventually taking it off the market. The family home, which extends over 5,500 square ft, has a tennis court which can also be used as an astro-turf football pitch adjacent to the residence. There is ample facilities for horse owners, with 10 state of the art stables on the grounds, while there is also 33 acres of grazing area located on the site. You can see extensive photos from all around the estate here.
