Man whose lost his dad to cancer holding benefit night

A fundraising night in aid of the Irish Cancer Society is taking place in a pub in Newbridge.

The event is on in the Curragh Inn on Friday, October 20.

The night is being organised by Caragh native Aidan Sheridan whose dad Michael died from cancer.

There will be entertainment on the night along with a raffle offering big prizes.

Finger food will also be provided.

Doors open at 8pm and admission is €8.
