Businesswoman planning 'tea room' restaurant at well-known Kildare pub

A businesswoman has applied for planning permission to open a tea room restaurant at the Inn at Milltown in Milltown.

Sandra Raleigh wants to convert a self-contained apartment at the site.

Permission is also being sought to relocate staff facilities, toilets and a store room.

Kildare Co Council has eight weeks to make a decision on the application.
