Co Kildare gears up early with Santa's appearance at a school near you today

It was all systems go at  GaelScoil Chill Dara today as Santa had a warm up run for Christmas Eve, while the reindeer were resting for their major trip around the world within days.

Santa's sleigh had the final checks this afternoon as he made his way in a fire engine to Gaelscoil Chill Dara where he was met by excited children.

All children in Co Kildare can now rest assured that Santa's sleigh will be working perfectly on Christmas Eve, guided by Rudolph.
