A Co Kildare man who is currently 'sleeping rough' appeared before Naas District Court.
The 27-year-old with an address at Peter McVerry Trust, Newbridge, is currently 'sleeping rough' in Naas town, the court heard.
The accused is facing charges of being in possession of a knife at Patrick St, Newbridge, on August 10, 2017. Section 6 public order charges have been withdrawn.
Defence David Gibbons outlined how the accused's mother was in court with him.
Judge Desmond Zaidan adjoured the case to February 22, next, for Probation and sentencing.
