Along with this, the motorist’s roadside drugs test was positive for cocaine and opiates.

Kildare Gardaí confirmed that this man was arrested and charged with a number of offences. His vehicle was seized and the motorist is now due to appear before the courts.

A spokesperson for Gardaí in the county said on social media, “Three disqualifications, no licence surrendered, positive drugs test and no vehicle going home. That's what you might call a clean sweep — just not the kind anyone should be aiming for. Drive legally. Drive responsibly. Or expect to meet us sooner than you think.”
