RIP to the late Sarah Fields, Phoebe Murphy and Margaret Carey Aylward

The death has occurred of Phoebe Murphy (née McNamara), Convent View, Athy, Kildare / Curragh, Kildare

Phoebe Murphy (Née McNamara), passed away peacefully on Thursday January 30 2025.

Pre deceased by her parents Pakie and Bridget, brothers John, Pat and Michael, sisters May and Rose.

Phoebe will be sadly missed by her loving husband Andy, her children Gretta, Patrick, Breda, Geraldine and Andrew, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, partners, brothers Frank and Kevin, sisters Gaye, Gretta, neighbours, relatives and close friends.

Phoebe will repose in Thompson’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Mount Hawkins, Athy (R14 NX80) on Friday 31st January, 2025 from 5pm until conclusion of the Rosary at 7pm.

Phoebe’s Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday February 1, 2025 at 2pm in St. Michael’s Parish Church, Athy. Burial afterwards in St Michael’s (New) Cemetery, Athy.

The death has occurred of John Bardon, Kilcullen, Kildare / Rathmines, Dublin

John Bardon Castlewood Close, Castlewood Avenue, Rathmines, Dublin and formerly of Kilcullen, Co.Kildare, & Late of Aer Lingus.

Who died on January 28 2025 in the tender care of the staff at Ashley Lodge nursing home.

Predeceased by his wife Ann, sadly missed by his sister Mary, brothers Tommy and Peter, sisters-in-law Siobhan and Rosaleen, nieces, nephews extended family and friends.

The death has occurred of Margaret (Thérése) Carey Aylward, The Hall Curragh Grange, Newbridge, Kildare / Bracknagh, Offaly.

Formerly of Clonsast, Bracknagh County Offaly. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Blackrock Clinic.

Loving daughter of the late Thomas and Theresa Carey.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Patrick, sisters Ellen (Nellie), Liz and Katherine, brother Pat, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her sister Nellie's residence Clonsast Bracknagh, County Offaly (eircode R51 VY03) on Thursday with Rosary at 8pm.

Removal on Friday at 11:30am arriving St Brochan's Church, Bracknagh (eircode R51 HF99) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.

Funeral afterwards to St Brochan's Cemetery, Bracknagh.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, The Waterways, Sallins (W91 K6PN) Thursday from 4pm - 8pm with evening prayers at 7pm.

Removal from her sister's residence on Friday at approx. 12:30pm to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, Straffan for 1pm Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Donacomper Cemetery, Celbridge.

Jackie Hyland , late of Rosebran, Athy passed away peacefully at home.

Predeceased by his loving wife Ann, mother Julia Ann, father John, sister Eileen and brothers Liam and Brian.
