The death has occurred of Emily DONNELLY, Naas, Kildare.

The death has occurred of Emily Donnelly, (Chelsea, England and formerly of Dublin Road, Naas, Co. Kildare) - January 8, 2025.

Peacefully in the devoted care of the staff of Mountbatten Grange Care Home, Windsor, London. Emily will be sadly missed by her loving siblings, Rita McGuinness (Offaly), Bryan (Canada), Conor (Portugal), Marie Donnelly O'Regan (Cork) and Patt Martyn (Sligo), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of loyal friends.

Reposing on Sunday February 9, from 3pm to 5pm at Murphy Brothers Funeral Home, Church Lane, Naas, W91 VY71.

Removal on Monday February 10, to Newlands Cross Crematorium arriving for 10am Service.

No flowers please.

Donations in lieu if desired to Alzheimer's Society of Ireland.

The death has occurred of Eric (Alberic) Doody, Bayside Sutton, Fairview, Dublin / Newbridge, Kildare.

Doody, Eric (Alberic) - January 31 2025, Drumderg Court Fairview, late of Bayside Sutton Dublin, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Aer Lingus and Irish Army Aircorps '55 class of Apprentices, suddenly but peacefully at Beaumont Hospital.

Beloved partner of Phyllis.

Most dearly loved and treasured by his children Eric David and Heather, their mother, Babs, daughter- in law Clare, Susanne (Eric's partner) , his adored grandchildren Derinn, Joseph, Paddy, Katie,James, Ella, William.

Derinn's husband Luke and Joseph's partner Catherine and great grandchildren Lily, Charlie, Cian, Nancy and Phyllis's sons Ray & Alan.

Fondly remembered by his siblings Sean, Anne, Aidan, James, Eileen and Tony, brothers in law, sisters in law.

Predeceased by his brothers Pat, Reggie, Paul and niece Elise. Deeply missed by his nephews and nieces and close friends.

Recently in the care of TLC Carton Nursing Home, Raheny.

Forever cherished.

Reposing at Anderson & Leahy’s Funeral Home, Henry St., Newbridge on Thursday from 3pm with prayers at 5:30pm.

Removal at 6pm to arrive at St. Conleth’s Parish Church, Newbridge for 6:30pm. Funeral Mass at 11 am on Friday morning which can be viewed on https://newbridgeparish.ie/parish-church

The death has occurred of Raymond Gamble, Leixlip, Kildare / Sunday's Well, Cork.

February 3, 2025 (peacefully) at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Raymond, (Ray) beloved husband of Colette and much-loved father of Stephen, Vincent, Philip and Brendan; sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren Cillian, Liam, Jack, Eibhlin, Olivia, Penny, Holly, Oscar and Grace, daughters-in-law Caroline, Siobhan, Kelly and Louise, brother Eamon, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Thursday evening (February 6) between 5pm and 7pm.

Removal on Friday morning (February 7) to the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Confey Cemetery.

Ignatius (Iggy) O'Connell

The death has occurred of Ignatius (Iggy) O'Connell, The Oaks, Newbridge, Kildare / Kildare Town, Kildare.

O'Connell, Ignatius (Iggy) The Oaks, Newbridge, Co. Kildare and late of Rowanville, Kildare Town - 2nd February 2025 peacefully in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of the Maguire Ward in Tallaght Hospital.

Predeceased by his loving son Declan (Doc).

Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, daughter Denise, son-in-law Thierry, granddaughter Niamh, Eibhlis, James and Karan, extended family, relatives and friends.

May Iggy Rest in Peace

Barry Edward Thompson

The death has occurred of Barry Edward Thompson, Naas, Kildare.

Peacefully, in the kind care of the staff of Craddock House Nursing Home, Naas.

Beloved husband of the late Joan and father of Neil.

Barry will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his son, daughter-in-law Jo, grandchildren Carrington and Neil, brother Rodney and friends.
