The late Gerry (Nobby) Clarke
Heartfelt tributes have poured in for a Kildare 'gentleman' who passed this week.
Gerry (Nobby) Clarke, Campion Crescent, Kildare Town, Kildare, passed peacefully on Thursday February 13 at home, surrounded by his loving family.
Gerry will be sadly missed by his loving sister Ann, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
The many tributes and condolences on RIP.ie this week included: “Very sorry to hear about Nobby, I played soccer with him many a time, a nicer fellow you could not meet, may he rest in peace.”
And: “Sorry to hear of Nobby passing, I fondly remember him doing the greyhounds for years, great memories with him a gentleman may he RIP.”
While another mourner wrote: “To Joanne & family, deepest sympathy on the passing of Gerry. I have great memories & we shared many great laughs. May he rest in peace.”
And another added: “Deepest condolences to Joanne and Anne & the Clarke Family on the sad passing of Gerry (Nobby). He was a true gentleman. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time. Love to you all Jo and keep your head held high. Sleep tight Ger & Fly high.”

May Gerry Rest In Peace
Reposing at his residence, Campion Crescent, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare from 4pm - 7pm on Saturday and Sunday with Rosary Sunday evening at 6pm.
Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Monday (February 17) to arrive at The Carmelite's Church, Kildare Town for Requiem Mass at 11.30am.
Burial afterwards in St. Conleth's Cemetery, Kildare Town.
Gerry's funeral mass will be live streamed and can be viewed on the webstream link below.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Brigids Hospice, The Curragh.
