The death has occurred of John Farrelly, Mainham, Clane, Kildare / Leixlip, Kildare.

Farrelly, John, Mainham, Clane and late of "Rye Cottage", Main St., Leixlip, Co. Kildare.

March 4 2025, peacefully in the tender care of the staff of The Residence Nursing Home, Maynooth.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Margaret, son Paul, daughter-in-law Oksana, granddaughters Jennifer and Sofia, brother Eugene, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May He Rest In Peace

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Woods House, Clane (W91YPX4) on Thursday from 4pm - 8pm with evening prayers at 7pm.

Removal from Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home on Friday at approx. 10am to arrive at St. Patrick and St. Brigid's Church, Clane for 10.30am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Mainham Cemetery, Clane.

Who died on March 2 2025 at Wexford General Hospital.

Beloved son of the late Des. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Linda, his mother Mary, sons, Tristan, Denis and Gareth, and their mother Nora, sisters Catherine, Maryrose, Fidelma and Dawn, daughter-in-law Rachel, grandchildren Kenneth, Alexander, Aria and Lola, nieces, nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Glennon's Funeral Home, 32 Main Street, Newbridge on Thursday, March 6, from 4pm until 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm removal from there on Friday morning to St Conleth's Church, Newbridge arriving for 11am Funeral Mass which may be viewed on https://newbridgeparish.ie/parish-church

Funeral afterwards to St Conleth's Cemetery, Newbridge.

Pat Kearney

The death has occurred of Pat Kearney, Leixlip, Kildare.

Kearney, Pat (Patrick) (Leixlip, Co. Kildare) February 27, 2025 peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the excellent care of the staff in Connolly Hospital ICU Department, Blanchardstown. Much-loved brother of Jackie and brother-in-law of Richard and a devoted uncle of Katie and Shane and grand-uncle of Oliver, nephew of Mary and beloved dog dad of Archie.

Pat will be sadly missed by all his extended family and many friends.

May Pat rest in peace.

As per Pat’s wishes a private family service was held.

John (Bill) McGrath

The death has occurred of John (Bill) McGrath, Standhouse Lawns, Newbridge, Kildare / Coill Dubh, Kildare.

Predeceased by his parents Elizabeth and John, brother Seamus, sister, Mary, niece Molly and nephew Aaron.

John Bill McGrath, Standhouse Lawns, Newbridge and previously Coill Dubh, Co. Kildare who died on March 2 in the care of hospital staff of Naas Hospital surrounded by his family. John, beloved husband and father, sadly missed by his loving wife Monica, children Marise, Johnny, Christopher and Seamus, brothers Noel, Paddy, Martin, Tony, Michael and Jack, sister, Bridget, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at his home on Wednesday 5th March from 5 pm with prayers at 7 pm.

John (Bill) will be laid to rest on Thursday 6 in Allen Cemetery at 1pm.

Teresa Morgan (née Fields)

The death has occurred of Teresa MORGAN (née Fields), Jordanstown, Enfield, Meath / Kildare

Surrounded by her family, in the wonderful care of Care Choice Nursing Home Trim. Teresa, beloved wife of the late Mark and much loved mother of Alan, Gerry and Michael.

Sadly missed by her daughters-in-law; Teresa, Monica and Agnes, sister Essie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Teresa will repose at her son Gerry's house in Broadford, Co. Kildare (W91 A6R9) on Wednesday evening from 4pm to 7pm.

Funeral Mass at 11am on Thursday in the Church of the Assumption, Jordanstown, Enfield (A83 Y021) followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Maria Rynn (née Whelan)

The death has occurred of Maria Rynn (née Whelan), Leixlip, Kildare.

Maria Rynn, Née Whelan of Leixlip, Co. Kildare passed away peacefully on March 4, 2025.

Pre-decreased by her beloved husband Frank Rynn.

Sadly missed by her son and daughter, Joe and Jackie, grandchildren, Khalid, Yasmin and Killian, sister Ann, sister-in-law Mary, Nieces, Nephews, close family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at home on Thursday evening 6-8pm for close family, friends and neighbours.

Removal to the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip on Friday to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, interment afterwards in Confey Cemetery.

Sharon (Sarah) Byrne

The death has occurred of Sharon (Sarah) Byrne, Bishopland, Kildare Town, Kildare. Formerly of Woodside Park, Kildare Town.

Peacefully, at Naas Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Sister of the Late Elizabeth.

Sadly missed by her loving children Toni, Gary, Dean and Charlene, sons in law David and Martin, daughters in law Amy and Christina, grandchildren Teigan, Aimee, Daniel, Lily, Jayden, Sophia, Ruby, Adam, Dylan, Conor and Rory, great granddaughter Harper, brother Michael, sister Catherine, brothers and sisters in law, nephews and nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Sharon Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her family home from 3pm on Thursday with Rosary at 7pm.

Removal by Glennon's Funeral Directors on Friday morning to arrive at St. Brigid's Parish Church, Kildare Town for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Burial afterwards in St.Conleth's Cemetery, Kildare Town.
