Deeply regretted by his loving wife Jean, son Dean, his mother Sieglinde, sister Evi, brother Manfred, brother-in-law Vincent, father-in-law Vincent, mother-in-law Rosaleen, sisters-in-law Anita and Rachel and there partners, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Sheila, beloved mother of Shane, Páraic and Oisín; Sadly missed by her loving sons, sisters Mary and Catherine, daughters-in-law Rachel and Cristina, sister-in-law Breda, grandchildren Jack, Luke and Olivia, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, friends and her pet Lily.
Reposing on Saturday from 3pm to 6pm with Prayers at 5.30pm at Murphy Brothers Funeral Home, 55 South Main Street, Naas, W91 HX90. Removal on Monday to the Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas arriving for 10am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Corban’s Cemetery. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Cancer Society. The death has occurred of James McDERMOTT, O'Loughlin Court, Kilkenny City, Kilkenny / Athy, Kildare.
James McDermott O'Loughlin Court, Kilkenny and formerly of Cloney, Athy, Co. Kildare.
James passed away on February 24 2026, peacefully at Castlecomer District Hospital.
Predeceased by his loving wife Anne (née Dewberry) and daughter Mary (Barry). Beloved father of Alex, Joe, Josephine and Jim. James will be dearly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Patrick and Paul, daughters-in-law Sandra, Regina and Andrea, brothers and sisters, grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.
The family would line to thank in a special way the Nurses and staff at St. Luke's Hospital and Castlecomer Hospital for the kindness and care shown to James during his time with them.

The death has occurred of Patrick McGeown, 29 Fairgreen Park Keady, Keady, Armagh, BT603UH / Celbridge, Kildare / Dunmore East, Waterford.
McGeown (Keady formerly Granemore) February 24 2026 peacefully in the care of the staff in Evora Hospice surrounded by his loving family Patrick (Paddy) RIP.
Cherished son of the late Patsy and Dora and loving brother of the late Frankie and Anne RIP. Devoted father to Seamie, Charlene, Paddy and Louise and his late infant daughter Mary RIP. Loving partner to Ona.
His remains will repose at his late residence 29 Fairgreen Pk Keady from this evening (Wednesday 25) until removal on Saturday (Feb 28) to arrive at St Mary's Church, Granemore for 2pm funeral Mass.Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery
Deeply regretted and sorely missed by his loving partner, sons, daughters, grandchildren, brothers Dessie and Paul, sisters Deirdre, Yvonne, Teresa and Dorothy, nieces and nephews and the entire family circle and many friends.
On his soul Sweet Jesus have mercy. Family welcome visitors to their home on Thursday and Friday between the hours of 2pm ‐ 9pm, house respectfully private outside these hours and on Saturday please.
