The late Mary Bunyan (née Nolan)
Heartfelt tributes have been paid to a “lovely lady” from Kildare who passed recently.
Mary Bunyan (née Nolan), Maryville, Kildare Town, Co Kildare – formerly South Green, Kildare Town – passed peacefully on March 24 2026, at Naas Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Mary is wife of the late Arthur and daughter of the late John and Elizabeth.
Mary will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Susan, sons Brian and Darren, daughter in law Theresa, grandchildren Kate and Hayley, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Mary Rest In Peace.
Reposing at McWeys Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town (Eircode: R51 TE20) on Friday evening (March 27) from 7pm until 9pm with rosary at 8.30pm.
Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Saturday morning to arrive at The Carmelite Church, Kildare Town, for Requiem Mass at 12 midday.
Cremation service afterwards in Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross, Dublin at 2:30pm.

Tributes paid to Mary on RIP.ie this week include: “To Darren, Brian and Susan, so sorry to hear about your mam, have great memories growing up in Maryville. Mary had a heart of gold. Thinking of you all, rest in peace Mary xxx”
And: “I am so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother Mary, my deepest sympathy to Sue , Brian, Darren Haley & Kate , Mary was a lady, queen, may she rest in peace. Condolences to all the family. Sleep well Mary.”
While another mourner wrote: “Sincere sympathy to the Bunyan and Nolan families in your sad loss. Mary was always spoken of with fondness and respect in the community. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace reunited with Arthur and all the loved ones gone before her.”
And another added: “Condolences to Susan, Brian, and Darren and your family, on the sad passing of your Mam Mary, may she rest in peace.”
