Experience the musical atmosphere and magic of 'Bluebells & Buskers'

It's back, the wonderful Bluebells & Buskers festival hosted in Killinthomas Woods near Rathangan... drop over next Sunday from 2pm and experience the magic of live music in the woods.

At least 20 different acts will give of their time to perform along the paths in Killinthomas Woods..... one minute you're listening to trad music, turn a corner and you could hear a tenor serenading the wild garlic and birds! Blues, country, jazz, poetry - expect anything, the energy is wonderful, the atmosphere is amazing..... a carpet of bluebells...all the organisers need in return is good weather and you, the public!

Amongst the confirmed performers are Whizz O`Rourke, Frankie Lane, Paul McCormack, Pud Barrett, and so many more!

Dedicated to the memory of the late Jimmy O'Loughlin, all proceeds go to the RYARC Community Centre, Rathangan. to date, the event has raised in excess of €10,000 towards the upkeep of the RYARC Centre. It's a wonderful event for walkers, nature and music lovers but more importantly, young children love it, an adventure through the woods with novelty at every turn.....Sunday, May 6th from 2pm. with a sizzling BBQ cooked by Leo, Pat and Claire; tea/coffee and cake available from 1pm)
