Fine  for driving while holding mobile phone

A man appeared at Naas District Court on charges of holding a mobile phone while driving.

The accused was charged at Ballymany, Newbridge, in 2015, for driving while holding a mobile phone.

Judge Desmond Zaidan convicted and fined the accused €250, and gave him two months to pay.
