Fundraiser this weekend in Newbridge for Blood Bikes

This weekend voluntary emergency medical transport service, Blood Bikes, are holding a fundraiser at Dunnes Stores in  Newbridge.

The fundraiser is being held from 9am to 6pm, with money raised going towards the running of the free services for hospitals, hospice and medical centres in the community.

Since 2013, Blood Bikes has been delivering a Specialist Medical Logistical Service to the HSE Hospitals primarily but not exclusively in the Leinster Region 365 days a year. They operate all year round regardless of adverse weather conditions by utilising a range of specialist vehicles; from their Emergency Response Motorcycles and 4×4 Rapid Response vehicles support for a true all weather capability.
