Kildare forward Gerry Keegan in action against Ryan McCambridge of Antrim in the Allianz Hurling League Division 1B

The Banner have won all three of their opening games, defeating Antrim, Down and Dublin, all in impressive style, defeating Dublin 3-18 to 1-22; Down 3-35 to 0-15 while also getting the better of Antrim 2-30 to 1-19, so the task facing Brian Dowling's side is immense, to say the least.
Still it should certainly be a major occasion for Kildare fans, to see their own taking on a county the calibre of Clare and it once again, shows the strides The Lilies have made in recent times.
