With pre-season tournaments concluding last weekend, the Kildare club season gets underway proper when Maynooth face Moorefield on Thursday, March 12 in the opening round of Hanlon Concrete Division 1. Throw-in at Maynooth GAA is 8pm and kicks off a jam-packed schedule with 20 games across Kildare down for the following day. A game that was moved alongside the originally noted league opener is Athy and St. Laurence’s, who throw-in at 8pm in Geraldine Park.
