BREAKING: Last three TDs for Kildare North are elected

Réada Cronin (SF) is congratulated after being elected

The last three TDs have been elected to represent the five seat Kildare North constituency.

Sinn Féin TD Réada Cronin exceeded the quota with 10,318 votes on the 12th and final count, after independent Bill Clear's votes were distributed.

Joe Neville is congratulated after his election

Also elected was Joe Neville, the FG runner, who replaces Bernard Durkan as the party's standard bearer on 8.641 votes.

Fianna Fáil's Naoise Ó Cearúil was also elected with 8,444 votes.

Naoise Ó Cearúil immediately after the final count

They join James Lawless (FF) and Aidan Farrelly (SD) who were elected.
