The Keadeen Hotel
A hotel located in Newbridge is seeking planning permission to construct over 30 new rooms on its premises.
Applicant Rose O' Loughlin is seeking consent from Kildare County Council to construct 33 additional rooms at The Keadeen Hotel on the Ballymany Road, at first floor level (at 1,422 square meters).
The date received is listed as January 31, while the date received and submission-by dates are listed as March 6 and March 27 respectively.
The Keadeen Hotel was first opened in 1970.
According to its website, it is is the longest standing family-run hotel in County Kildare.
The Keadeen boasts 69 luxurious bedrooms and extensive conference, occasion, banqueting, and wedding suites, in addition to a swimming pool, sauna, hot-tub and gym area.
