€4.2K suspected cocaine haul was discovered in Kildare town, gardaí claim

A suspected cocaine haul worth an estimated €4,200 was discovered at a property in Kildare town.

Gardaí told Judge Michéle Finan on Thursday, February 2, that the suspected haul was found at the home of Aaron Walsh, with an address listed as 3226 Maryville Grove, Melitta Road, Kildare town.

It was heard that the suspected haul was found at the 37-year-old’s home on January 20 last.

The case involving the accused was adjourned by Judge Finan to June 22, to allow time for directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions.

She also remanded Mr Walsh on continuing bail until this date.
