Documents lodged with Kildare County Council show that Alchemy Homes Development (Kilcullen) Ltd is seeking planning permission for amendments to a Strategic Housing Development scheme permitted, under An Bord Pleanála, at Riverside, Kilcullen.
According to the new documents, the development will consist of modifications to the previously permitted development (ABP Ref. The total number of residential units proposed will also increase from 118 to 119, as a result of the proposed amendments.
The date received is listed as February 14, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as March 20 and April 10 respectively.
