A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for new apartments in Naas.
The proposed three-storey apartment building (276m2) planned for Wolfe Tone Street off the Sallins Road will comprise of two, two-bedroom apartments (88m2).
Also planned is the construction of new pedestrian access onto Wolf Tone Street to the front of the site.
Also in the designs are six bicycle parking spaces and a hard landscaped area to the rear of proposed building.
The estimated construction value of the proposed project is over €500,000, according to Construction Information Services.
