Planning permission documents lodged with Kildare County Council (KCC) show that a small residential development is being proposed for an area beside Kildare town.
Sonlee Properties Limited is seeking permission from KCC to construct four detached houses on an area at the Dunmurray Road.
The company intends to construct three two-storey detached houses, type L1 and L1A, and also one dormer-style house, type L2.
In addition, permission is being sought for an upgraded access laneway and entrance, boundary treatment, connections to mains sewer to include existing bungalow, landscaping and all associated site development works.
The date received is listed as March 2 last, while the submission-by date is listed as April 5.
There is no due date listed on the planning documents at present.
According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Sonlee Properties Ltd was set up in 2014.
It specialises in the development and selling of real estate, and has an address listed as C/O Padraig Leeson, Prosperous, in County Kildare.
