Changes have been proposed for a farming machinery shop located in the south of Kildare.
Planning permission documents lodged with Kildare County Council (KCC) show that the J.H. Fitzpatrick Limited intends to make some changes to its store, which is located at the Texaco Service Station on the Dublin Road in Monasterevin.
These proposed changes would consist of: construction of single-storey lobby extension (31 metre²) to the existing agri-retail building, alterations and enhancements to the east elevation with installation of associated signage, and the installation of a 4m high main identification totem sign.
Permission is also being sought for ancillary site works to include the installation of 2m high palisade fence with access gate and the installation of three number E charging spaces.
According to the KCC documents, the date received is listed as March 23, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as April 26 and May 17 respectively.
