A Kildare-based animal charity will host an Easter egg hunt and dog walk next week.
The Kildare and West-Wicklow Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (KWWSPCA) will host the on Good Friday.
Organisers said about the event: "Join us in Punchestown Racecourse on Good Friday, April 7, to meet our mascot Patrick and other KWWSPCA dogs currently looking for homes.

"The Easter Egg hunt will take place from 2pm to 4pm and dog walk 3 to 4pm.
"All dogs are welcome (we do love to see past KWWSPCA dogs attend).
"We look forward to seeing you all there to enjoy the day!"
