A mental health programme aimed at men over the age of 18 will take place in Athy next month.
The programme, which is being run by HEADSUP, is for: men who are struggling with mental distress, men who are feeling isolated/alone and are not sure how to reconnect with themselves or others, and men who have lost their mojo for life.
For registration, contact lorna@countykildarelp.ie or call 085-8421347.
According to its website, HEADSUP is 'an evidence based mental health education and training programme for men who are finding life stressful, have issues with unemployment, feel isolated or lonely and wish to explore and learn positive ways of managing and improving their overall wellbeing.'
