A property located within the town of Newbridge will be going under the hammer next month.
The Gables Guesthouse and Leisure Centre is a family-run business for the last 25 years, but the owners are now retiring from the business.
According to Jordan Auctioneers, the well-established property, which contains 25 bedrooms along with a plethora of exercise and leisure facilities, is going for sale by public auction on Wednesday, June 15 at 3pm in the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge.
The guesthouse has proven to be quite popular over the years, with many football fans staying overnight in the property's bedrooms in preparation for Kildare home league games, while its leisure centre has drawn in keen swimmers and gym-goers.
