Planning permission is being sought for a new industrial unit at Capdoo Commons in Clane.
According to a new application lodged with Kildare County Council, WP Investments Limited is seeking permission for the subdivision of the existing site for the construction of an industrial style unit, which would be used for light industrial use with internal offices, permission for re-location of existing entrance, and a new access road to serve the site and permission for internal entrance off new access road, to serve the existing development on site for adjacent development.
WP Investments Ltd is also seeking permission from the council to remove the existing secondary effluent treatment system, and to install a brand-new secondary effluent treatment system on site, along with all associated car parking and all associated site works.
The date received is listed as May 17 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as June 20 and July 11 respectively.
The business information website vision-net.ie notes that WP Investments Ltd was first set up in 2020.
It has a registered address given as C&G Engineering Ltd., Dublin Road, Clane.
