Kildare County Council has announced that further works are needed to fix a burst watermain in a location beside Newbridge and Milltown.
The council said: "Further works are required to repair a burst water main in the Hawkfield area.
"Customers living on the Milltown road from Byrnes Cross as far as Milltown village will be without water supply from 10am until approximately 4pm on Thursday, June 1."
The council added: "Please note it may take a couple of hours following the works for the water supply to return to normal levels."
