A neuropathology report is due in an alleged murder case.
Gardaí present in Naas District Court on Thursday, June 8, said that the report would soon be served in the case, which involves a suspect named Damian Szatowkski, with an address listed as Peachville, Kilshane, Dublin 11 in County Dublin, but who is currently in custody.
The 37-year-old, who appeared via video-link, stands accused of the murder of the late Marcel Kusenda (Senior) at a property located in Piercetown, Newbridge, on March 8 last.
Despite objections from Mr Szatowksi's solicitor, Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the case to June 22.
Directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions are due on this date.
