Cllr Bil Clear with Naas MD colleagues
Cllr Bill Clear has been elected Mayor of Naas Municipal District for a one-year term.

A native of Thurles, Co Tipperary, Cllr Clear who has lived in Naas for 20 years.
He is currently vice chair of Naas Tidy Towns and is also chair of the Naas Greenway project - a cycle and walking network that connects all estates to all schools and sports clubs in the area.
He is vice chair of Naas Access and Disability Group and also coaches athletics and football.
