The Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board (KWETB) is seeking planning permission from Kildare County Council for retention of change of use of commercial premises to an education facility at Jigginstown Commercial Centre, Limerick Road, Naas.
The date received is listed as August 9, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as September 12 and October 3.
According to the KWETB's official website, the group was established under the Education and Training Boards Act, 2013 and is responsible and accountable for the proper direction and control of its functions under the Act the region.
The KWETB, supports and co-ordinates education, training and youth services in Kildare and Wicklow.
Specifically, it provides primary, post primary, post leaving certificate, apprenticeships, traineeships, youth services, music, community, outdoor and adult further education and training.
