Kildare Wildlife Rescue partnering up with Dublin Zoo for conservation venture

Kildare Wildlife Rescue (KWR) has announced that it is partnering with Dublin Zoo as part of a conservation venture.

Commenting on the news, KWR's manager, Dan Donoher, said: "We are delighted to become conservation partners with Dublin Zoo. We hope we will be able to highlight the importance of Irish wildlife and the difficulties they face.

"We also hope to show the important role wildlife rescues play in helping and protecting biodiversity and conservation in Ireland."

Mr Donoher also said: "Kildare Wildlife Rescue believes in working closely with other organizations to achieve best practice and to help and protect biodiversity, and working with Dublin Zoo, and others, will only strengthen that belief and put into practice goals we want to achieve."
