Athy Rugby Club has been granted planning permission for a new spectator stand.
The estimated construction value of the project is €200,000, according to the Construction Information Services database.
Documents lodged with Kildare County Council showed that Athy Rugby Club sought approval to construct a spectator stand incorporating a covered seating area, at The Showgrounds, Dublin Road, Athy.
Planning permission was also sought for all associated site works.
