A book of evidence was served on a man accused of drug dealing offences.
Eanna Birchall, with an address listed as Hazelwood, Coosan in Athlone, County Westmeath, was accused of committing the offence at Anne Street in Newbridge on April 24 last, in contravention of Section 15(A) of the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977, which relates to an accusation of dealing suspected drugs with a value of over €13,000.
Other defendants involved in the case appeared before Judge Desmond Zaidan back on July 20 last.
The 28-year-old defendant appeared before Judge at Naas District Court on Thursday, September 7.
After the book of evidence was served by gardaí on Mr Birchall, Judge Desmond Zaidan sent the accused forward for trial.
