The death has occurred of Seamus Burke

Longtown, Straffan, Kildare (W23 Y299) / Crossmolina, Mayo.

peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. 

Predeceased by his brothers Edmond, Noel and Mick and sisters Nancy, Marie and Nell. 

Deeply regretted by his family; wife Gaye, children Ronan, Gavin and Ann-Marie, brother Joe, grandchildren Aisling, Orlaith, Sarah, Ella, Adam, Róisín, Grace and Keelin, daughter-in-law Maura, son-in-law Rob, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. 

May Seamus rest in peace.

Seamus will repose at his home this Thursday from 5pm to 7pm (Eircode W23 Y299). 

His Funeral Mass will take place on Friday at 11am in The Church of St Patrick & St Brigid, Clane followed by family cremation.

The death has occurred of Christopher Hyland

Ballykelly, Monastrevan, Kildare / Armagh.

Passed peacefully at home in Leeds after a short illness, with his loving family on October 7, 2023.  

Beloved husband of Sally Hyland (née Henry), loving father of Michael, Sheila, Eamonn and Nuala, devoted grandfather of Matthew and Emma, dear father in law of Denis, June, Heather and the late Luigi and loving brother of Anthony, Teresa and Noel, and the late Robert, Dan, Mary and John.

Chris's remains will repose at Mc Gennity’s Funeral Home on Friday, October 13, from 8.30pm until 11pm.  

Removal on Saturday, October 14, at 1.30pm, arriving for Requiem Mass at 2pm in St Joseph's Church, Meigh.  

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Our Lady Queen of the most Holy Rosary pray for him.

May he rest in peace.

Friends, family, neighbours are welcome to join us at Murphy’s in Meigh for a meal after the funeral.

Beloved son of Tim and Linda.

Father of Conor and Aimee.

October 10, 2023, peacefully at home, beloved wife of the late John.

A celebration of life service will take place at 1pm in the Funeral Home, followed by committal in Newlands Cross Crematorium Chapel at approx. 2.30pm.

Peacefully, at Naas Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Brother of the late Charlie, Ted, Tommy and Breda.

Burial afterwards in St Conleth's Cemetery, Kildare Town.

Predeceased by his son Patrick and grandson Conal.

Beloved husband of Betty, and much loved father of Caroline, Sandra, Stephen, Michael, John, Martin and Peter.

Deeply regretted by his loving family; sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Michael, John and George, sister Margo, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home on Thursday from 3pm to 7pm with rosary recital at 7pm.

Removal at 10.30am on Friday to arrive at St. Peter and Paul's Church, Monasterevin for 11am requiem mass.

Interment afterwards in St Evin's Cemetery.
