Naas Hospital
There were 11 patients being treated on trolleys having been admitted to Naas Hospital through the accident and emergency department.
The most overcrowded hospital in the eastern region today was Tallaght Hopsital where there were 38 people on trolleys.
There were eight patients at Portlaoise Hospital and none at Tullamore Hospital.
