Caragh Local History Group - Forthcoming talk on the Dominican Friary in Caragh and the Eustaces of Naas.
A joint talk with Ger McCarthy (Naas Local History Group) and Seán Shanahan (Shanarc Archaeology) on the history of the Eustaces of Naas / Yeomanstown and the Dominican Friary therein.
Shanarc Archaeology undertook a geophysical archaeological survey during the summer of 2023 at Yeomanstown Stud in Caragh and will present their findings on the night.
A must for those interested in local history.
The event is taking place on Thursday, November 23rd at 8pm at the Caragh Church Meeting Room, Caragh, Co. Kildare.
