KILDARE: Over 20 new homes planned for Coill Dubh village

A total of 22 new homes are being planned for Coill Dubh.

The designs include the demolition of existing outbuildings on the site at Cooleragh. 

The proposed dwellings in Cooleragh will consist of four 2-storey 4-bed detached houses, four 2-storey 4-bed semi-detached houses, ten 3-bed 2-storey semi-detached houses.

Also planned is a 2-storey apartment block containing two 2-bed units and two 1-bed units and adjoining bike and bin store.


Being planned is the demolition of existing lean-to extensions, internal alterations and an extension to an existing two-storey residential house.

The estimate construction value of the project is €3m according to Building Information Ireland database.
