KILDARE: Footpath needs to be improved for public safety

BREAKING: Kildare gardaí launch witness appeal following alleged assault incident at Basin Street in Naas

A call has been made to improve a footpath in Naas.

A local councillor said works needs to be done "in the interests of public safety."

Cllr Anne Breen wants Kildare County Council to "investigate the condition and design of the path at Basin Street adjacent to Emporium Kalu."

She said the narrow footpath needs to be upgraded.
