According to gardaí, the incident occurred last Friday, December 1 last.
Gardaí based in County Kildare are investigating a shoplifting incident which occurred on a retail premises.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána elaborated: "Gardaí are investigating an incident of theft that occurred at a retail premises in Naas, County Kildare on December 1, 2023 at approximately 1pm.
"A number of items were taken from the premises.
"No arrests have been made."
"Investigations are ongoing," the spokesperson added.
