A motor repair and sales showroom has been proposed for a business park situated in North Kildare.
Planning permission documents show that applicant Darragh O'Regan is seeking permission from Kildare County Council to construct a motor repair and sales showroom at Clane Business Park, which is located on the Kilcock Road in Clane.
Mr O'Regan is also seeking planning permission for an ancillary office space on two floors, external wash bays, valet bays, car-parking and all associated site-works.
The date received on the application, which is currently in the pre-validation stage, is December 20 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as February 1, 2024 and February 22, 2024 respectively.
