A retail unit, along with a duplex apartment, have been proposed for a site located in North Kildare.
A planning permission application lodged with Kildare County Council shows that one Damien Donegan intends to construct the development Dublin Road, Celbridge, County Kildare: specifically, to the west of Riverview Apartments.
The application notes that Mr Donegan is seeking permission for a 2.5 storey building, with a retail unit at ground floor level and a three-bed duplex apartment on the first floor along with attic space.
The roof will have three dormer windows facing the Dublin Road.
The date received on the application (which is currently in the pre-validation stage) is January 6 last.
The submission-by and due dates are listed as February 9 and March 1 respectively.
