Planning permission documents show that a total of 17 residential units are being sought for a region within Kilcock.
A new application lodged with Kildare County Council shows that Alder Homes (Kilcock) Limited is seeking permission for the development at Church Street (R148) in Kilcock.
The units would be comprised of different types of housing, according to the application.
These houses would include:
Planning permission is also being sought for: 18 new car parking spaces; a 940 square metre public open space; a new vehicular and pedestrian access from Church Street (R148); new public access to the Royal Canal Greenway; site landscaping works; public lighting; short term bicycle parking; and all associated site works.
The date received on the application is listed as December 20 last, while the submission by and due dates are listed as February 1 and February 22 respectively.
The business information website SoloCheck.ie shows that Alder Homes (Kilcock) Limited was established in 2021.
It is listed as a company that specialises in the 'buying and selling of own real estate.'
Alder Homes (Kilcock) Ltd has an address listed as Unit G2 in the Maynooth Business Campus, Straffan Road, Maynooth, County Kildare (W23 V6K3).
