The case of a man accused of being involved in an affray on a bus in Blessington has been sent forward for trial.
Appearing before Judge Desmond Zaidan at Naas District Court on Thursday, January 11 last was Brian Glynn, with an address given as The Square, Blessington, County Wicklow.
Gardaí allege that the 40-year-old was involved 'in an altercation with some youths on a bus' in Blessington on June 26, 2021.
It was also claimed that Mr Glynn produced a hammer during the alleged incident.
Following the service of a book of evidence on the accused, Judge Zaidan sent Mr Glynn forward for trial to the next sittings of Bray Circuit Court, which commences on February 6.
