Suspected cannabis haul was discovered in property on The Curragh, Kildare gardaí claim

A suspected haul of cannabis was discovered at a property in Brownstown, according to Kildare gardaí.

Judge Desmond Zaidan was told about the accusations at Naas District Court on Thursday, January 18 last, which relate to 21-year-old Owen Kennedy, with an address listed as 4 The Grove, Brownstown in The Curragh, on 

Gardaí allege that on August 3 last, the suspected haul, which is estimated to be worth around €1,800, was discovered at The Grove.

The judge remanded the accused on continuing bail until the case resumes on June 20.

Directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions are expected on this date.
